SHIPPING POLICY

International shipping is available.

Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fees.

We operate on a made-to-order basis which typically requires an estimated turnaround of 3-4 weeks. When items are in stock, please allow 3-5 days for processing as we prepare your order.

Certain in stock items may have specific shipping and processing estimates as noted in their description. Orders with multiple items will ship in one package once all items are ready to ship unless specifically requested.

​International Orders (i.e., those shipped outside the U.S.): Buyers are responsible for any and all expenses and fees incurred with the shipment, including but not limited to, customs, duties charges, taxes (including VAT) and any other similar expenses incurred. If a package is refused, no refund will be issued. International orders are final sale.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 10 days of receipt for all US orders (custom orders excluded). We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email once requested. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credits will be released once Happy Rugs is in possession of the item, inspects it, and determines it is eligible for return. All items must be un-used and in original condition. Happy Rugs has the right to refuse returns.

International Orders (outside of the US) are not eligible for returns or refunds. These orders are considered final sale.

Custom Rugs and Made to Order items are final sale.
